Cookie Management

Cookie Porter allows you to capture the state of your browser cookies and restore them whenever you need.

Saving Cookies

1. Navigate to the website you want to save cookies for.
2. Open the Cookie Porter popup.
3. Click on Save Current Session.
4. (Optional) Provide a Nickname to easily identify this session later.
5. Select a Category:
   • Primary: For your main accounts.
   • Others: For secondary or temporary sessions.

Cookies are saved in groups (`groupId`) associated with the specific hostname of the active tab.

Restoring Cookies

1. Open the extension and go to the Library tab.
2. Find the session you want to restore.
3. Click the Inject icon.
4. The extension will automatically apply the saved cookies to the current domain and refresh the page if needed.

Organizing Sessions

You can manage your saved sessions from the Library:

• Edit: Change the nickname or category of a group.
• Delete: Remove sessions you no longer need.

Search

Use the search bar in the Library tab to find sessions by nickname or domain.
